Aki qualified as a Solicitor in 1985 and after 38 years is vastly experienced in several areas of law having trained in a general practice in East London before setting up on his own account in 1988 and thereafter merging with a North London firm in 1992.
Aki was formerly a full equity partner in the general practice of YVA solicitors in Holloway (now Finchley) and then set up his own firm again in Station Road Chingford in 1999.
Aki has for many years been a Criminal defence advocate appearing not only in the Magistrates Courts but having also acquired Higher rights status conducted a number of serious Crown Court trials.
The firm had developed through its reputation a niche practice dealing with top end Crime of the most serious type including murders, serious violence, drugs, white collar serious frauds as well as developing an expertise at the lower criminal end in relation to all motoring offences and related matters.
Aki has additionally over the years developed a following and an aptitude for non-contentious litigation.
